Terms of use

ChartRunner is a browser game played over live crypto price charts. All trading in it is simulated (SIM): balances, positions, fills and scores are game values with no cash value. You cannot deposit, withdraw or win real money, prizes or tokens, and none are offered.

• You must be at least 18 and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Do not cheat. Scores are checked on our servers and may be removed, and accounts limited, if a run looks tampered with.
• Do not attack, scrape at abusive rates, or try to break the service or other players' access to it.
• Do not use unlawful, hateful or infringing names or content.

You can play as a guest. You may later sign in with email or link a Solana wallet. Linking a wallet only proves you control it, by signing a message. We never ask for your wallet's secret recovery details, and we never hold your funds.

Charts use public data from third-party exchanges. It may be delayed, wrong or unavailable. We make no promise that it is accurate or complete.

Nothing in ChartRunner is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell anything. Doing well in the game says nothing about how you would do with real money. See the risk notice.

The game is an early release. It may change, break or be switched off, and scores or progress may be reset. To the extent the law allows, we provide it without warranties and are not liable for losses arising from its use.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Operator identity and a contact address will be added here before public launch.
